Complaint procedure and process

Any complaint must be relevant to the business of the trust

Should you have a complaint regarding the trust it would be helpful if you would contact one of the trustees directly. The trustees are always happy to deal with any complaint you may have and will do their best to resolve your concern. A list of trustee names can be found on the trust’s we site.

Should you be unable or unwilling to deal directly with an individual trustee, a written complaint can be made by email to:

Your correspondence will be logged, and you will receive an acknowledgement to that fact and that your complaint has been received and will be dealt with timeously.

The details of your complaint will be investigated by the trust and any decision or action to be taken to resolve the issue will be conveyed to you via e-mail

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction you can contact the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) at www.oscr.org.uk
